We are delivering items as usual through these difficult times. All Coronavirus precautions are taken during packaging and dispatch.
CORONAVIRUS – Possible delays to delivery.
We aim to delivery all parcels within our usual time frames at the moment but if you experience a slight delay please bear with us as we operate safely during these difficult circumstances.
We aim to deliver within the United Kingdom and Channel Islands within 3 – 5 working days from confirmation of payment.
If the item is a Post Office size small package we will use the Royal Mail. The items are only insured up to the value of £20.00.
Most other deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. We will then have a tracking number and the goods are insured up to the value of £50.00
If you have an urgent requirement please contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to speed your order up.
If the delivery company have proof of the delivery being accepted than that will be sufficient for us to have had the delivery confirmed.
Please note we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by third parties or responsible for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
All sales of goods abroad are now treated as exports.
The recipient may then have to pay customs, VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country we are sending to and the value of the items.
Customs declarations are required to be completed for all orders outside the UK.

Items sent from Great Britain to the EU are subject to VAT and duties in the EU as follows:
Until 1st July 2021, commercial goods sent to the EU with a value between €10 and €150 may be subject to import VAT and may incur a handling fee in the receiving country.
Commercial goods sent to the EU over €150 may attract VAT, customs duties and a handling fee.
The VAT threshold may vary depending on the country the goods are sent to.
Import duties (and duties where applicable) will be collected by our postal partners from all EU customers prior to delivery, alongside a handling fee. These charges will not be collect at checkout at the present time and are to be considered as additional costs when placing an order through the website.
We are hoping to move to Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) soon, this will allow us to calculate and collect all taxes in advance of shipment.
Items valued under €22 which are currently part of the Low Value Consignment Relief LVCR) scheme are not subject to VAT or duties. (This threshold may vary by country)
Deliveries to Northern Ireland – no longer need customs declarations and have returned to our normal shipping methods.
Deliveries to the Rest of The World.
We are happy to ship anywhere in the World but prices vary enormously so please email firstname.lastname@example.org for individual quotations for delivery.
